The use of this web site is subject to a legal and implied agreement between the purchaser and Streepwear by Streeper's, llc. Please review the following “Terms and Conditions.” If you do not agree, please DO NOT use this web site.
When you submit a design to Streepwear by Streeper’s, llc, you warrant that you are the legal owner or licensee of the design and have complete rights to use or change the design in any way consistent with your instructions to Streepwear by Streeper's, llc. You further agree that the use of the design does not infringe upon the rights of any other entity. These may include but are not limited to: copyrights and/or trademarks; contract rights; moral rights; which would prevent Streepwear by Streeper's, llc from legally reproducing the design you have caused to be submitted. At your sole expense, you agree to defend Streepwear by Streeper's, llc from any action which may result from the use of any design which you have caused to be submitted for reproduction.
Acceptance – When you approve an order with Streepwear by Streeper's, llc, it represents Streepwear by Streeper's, llc acceptance of your offer to purchase our products, and your acceptance of our terms and conditions. You and Streepwear by Streeper's, llc agree that any contract hereby entered into has been made and is subject to Delaware State Law.
Cancellation Charges – All costs incurred prior to order cancellation will be invoiced.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability – This site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No representations or warranties of any kind are made, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk.
This site’s owner does not warrant that this site, its servers, or email sent from this site are free of viruses or other harmful components. This site’s owner will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.
Embroidery -- New designs (not found in the "Logo Library") require a minimum purchase of twelve (12) pieces. Once we have your design on file, it becomes an in-stock or existing design.
Hold all items and ship order when complete - We will set aside the instock items from our inventory and add the special-order items when we receive them back from our embroiderer. All of your items will be shipped together via the method you chose at checkout when all are available.
Insurance - Insurance is recommended on all packages as we cannot be responsible for your purchases once they leave our warehouse. We will provide tracking information, when available for you to track your package with the USPS.
International Shipments – We use USPS Priority Mail as our primary method of shipping. First Class Mail is available on international shipments. However, please be advised that tracking IS NOT available for this method. Once your package leaves our warehouse, we have no way to track your package en route to you. If you choose this method of shipping, also be aware that the time from our warehouse to your door is significantly longer - with no 'rule of thumb' to depend on. A $4.00 handling fee will be added to international orders.
There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that aren't reflected in our prices. Check with your local Customs office for those charges. Some countries may charge an additional handling fee for delivery within that country. All prices are U.S. Dollars and don't include VAT, Customs charges, duties or taxes. You, the buyer are responsible for paying any additional handling fees, VAT, customs charges, duties or taxes to import the product into the country.
Merchandise Consistency – When you place an order with Streepwear by Streeper's, llc, you accept that reasonable manufacturing variances may occur. These variances may include color, materials or packaging. Streepwear by Streeper's, llc cannot control these types of manufacturing variances which are considered a natural result of the manufacturing process.
Other Items – Minimum requirements or price-break information can be found within the listing for that item.
Over and Under Runs – Over runs and under runs are common for volume and customized products. We try to produce the exact number requested, but at times it isn’t possible. We reserve the right to credit or debit your account for over and under runs.
Payments – We accept checks, money orders and/or credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
Pricing – Effective January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018. Pricing is based on a number of variables, including: Individual product price and point breaks; Quantity; and Customizing Fees. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Production Time -- Minimum production time for a new embroidery design order is 3 weeks. Re-orders with an established design is typically 2 weeks. Special orders typically take 2 weeks. Other items may have shorter or longer production times. Please ask your representative for details on your order.
Returns – EMBROIDERED, SCREEN PRINTED and SPECIAL-ORDER MERCHANDISE IS NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase that are not considered special-order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Special Order items (embroidered/imprinted/engraved) may not be returned.
Please contact our office at 302-538-6678 for a Return Authorization Number to enter on the outside of the box. Items will not be accepted for return without this authorization number.
All non-clothing items not considered special-order may be returned if RESALABLE and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Clothing must be returned in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING and may not be washed, worn, embroidered or show signs of wear.
Streepwear for Threads & Things does not refund original shipping charges or reimburse the cost to return items. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Rush Service – is available. Call for pricing and delivery information.
Shipping/Handling –We ship Priority Mail - using the US Postal Service as our main shipping carrier. A $2.00 handling fee will be added to each order.
Orders will arrive based on the following shipping schedule*:
Priority: Allow 2-3 business days for delivery when you order before 12pm EST, Monday-Friday, within the Continental US. International shipping will take longer.
Express: Allow 1 business day for delivery when you order before 12pm EST, Monday-Friday, within the continental US. International shipping will take longer.
Orders placed by 12pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday thru Friday for in-stock merchandise will normally ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Fridays, as well as orders on weekends and holidays for in-stock merchandise, will normally ship the next business day.
*Shipping time is calculated from when the item leaves our warehouse to when it arrives at your door - shipping time is NOT calculated from the time you place your order.
Special-Orders - Please note that unless otherwise specified for immediate delivery, all purchases where you have added or chosen a logo from the Logo Library, are considered "special-orders." We do not keep stock of every size, every color, every style and every logo possibility. Unique to our web site, is the ability to order ONE item and choose your style, color, size and logo. Each item is individually ordered from a supplier and sent to be embroidered specific to your requirements. Please do not expect delivery of these items within 2-3 days, even though you request Priority or Express Mail. If you have a need for an event, please state your needs in the "Additional Info" section of your order during checkout - we will do our best to comply with your special needs.
Taxes - The purchaser is solely responsible for all shipping, handling, insurance, taxes, duties, and import/export charges associated with a shipment. You are solely responsible for remitting applicable sales or use taxes to your local taxing authority.
Terms of Sale – Terms are net 15 days from the receipt date on approved credit only. Website orders are only processed if a credit card is provided. We reserve the right to require a deposit or pre-payment in some instances. Unless credit terms have been previously arranged, payment for orders will be by credit card. When a product displayed on this web site is out of stock or discontinued we will attempt to substitute with a similar product. From time to time product information on this web site may not be completely accurate. Products shown on this web site may become unavailable. Product colors, sizes, and prices may change without prior notice to users of this web site.
Trademarks – All liability for the proper use of a trademark rests with the customer. We reserve the right to photograph or show as samples any item produced by us without any liability on our part as to trademark or artwork rights.
Warranties – Streepwear by Streeper’s, llc transfers all warranties made to us by the manufacturer at the time of sale. Streepwear by Streeper's, llc makes no other express or implied warranties, and specially makes no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose.
